Q: How do I register for an account?

A: If you are a customer buying spare parts directly from Bonzer, then you will be prompted to register for an account as part of the checkout process just follow the onscreen instructions.

If you are a dealer who already holds an account with us, then please email support@bonzer.co.uk and we

will assess your account for eligibility, then come straight back to you.

If you are a dealer who does not currently have an account with us, then please fill out our account

application form here. Once you submit your application, it will be processed internally

and one of our sales team will be in touch with you.

 

Q: How does the Buy Now button work?

A: When you click the Buy Now button, a window will appear with information on price and stock availability

from third party retailers of our products.

 

Q: I can’t seem to log in to my account

A: Please email support@bonzer.co.uk and one of our support team will look into your issue and get

straight back to you.

 

Q: What are your Terms and Conditions?

Q: How do I contact you?

A: Please see our contact us page or our key contacts page for details on how to get in touch.

 

Q: I'm looking for a product that's doesn’t seem to be on your site?

A: If the product you are after is not on our site then that does not mean we cannot source it for you.

Please contact sales@mitchellcooper.co.uk and someone will be in touch to help you.

 

Q: The product I want to buy is out of stock?

A: If you are using the Buy Now button and the product shows as out of stock, then please contact our

sales team on 08450 267 722 and they will be able to put you in touch with one of our dealers who

currently has the product in stock.

If you are a dealer who is signed in to the site and the item is out of stock, you can still place an order and

one of our customer service team members will be in touch with an order confirmation, to let you know the

lead time.
