1. Call the BONZER® help line 0845 0177488 or order online by Clicking Here
2. Quote your BONZER® Serial number in the shipping notes on the online checkout or over the telephone. This can be found on the shaft of your can opener, or on your guarantee card.
3. Book your BONZER® in for a service with our service department either over the phone or by writing a time and date in the shipping notes when you check out.
4. You will receive a BONZER® service booking form by email.
5. Remove your can opener from the base.
6. Unscrew base from stable surface.
7. Package your BONZER® can opener and base for shipping, please remember to enclose your BONZER® service booking form as this will have your return address.
