Delivery Policy

BONZER® will endeavour to deliver your goods within 2-3 working days from placing your order.  

They will be shipped by Royal Mail. If you wish to have your good shipped sooner please call 0845 026 7722 and we can provide next day delivery services for you.

Refund Policy

If the goods are returned un-opened and un-used within 28 days of purchase they can be returned at the customers expense for a full refund of the goods only. Customers must state their order number and email us a copy of their purchase receipt. Postage is non-refundable.

Replacement Policy

If the goods are faulty through a defective part or mechanism, BONZER® will provide an exchange only. We do not cover wear and tear or improper use of the product.

Cancellation Policy

As BONZER® ships its goods within 24 hours from the moment they are ordered if you need to cancel your order you must do this with 2 hours of purchase by contacting: 0845 026 7722. If this isn't done within 2 hours the products must be returned using the refund policy above.
